Another failure by the Apple store morons

While I paid for this app, an upgrade from 4.5?, downloaded, and installed it, I can’t open it. The apple store keeps requiring me to log in and won’t “permit" the app to open. Why, because the ASSHOLES AT APPLE THINK THAT THEY OWN MY MAC. They have the audacity to contend that my 17” MBP 8.3 is a “different” computer because I opted to install two 1 T ssd’s in MY COMPUTER. I’m down $15 that I’ve been ripped off by some amoral morons as there is NO WAY TO GET A REFUND OR SPEAK TO ANYONE. My first apple product was an apple 2e in 83. I go back a while with them.
